Our player rating system was developed to help teams play in divisions of similar playing ability. We expect that teams will not look at these ratings as a way to justify “sandbagging” in any form — that has no place in Pond Hockey or our tournament. If you think your team rating does not accurately reflect the playing ability of your team, please contact our tournament director for guidance. If you have to make roster changes please keep in mind how those might affect your division of play. Please consider it guideline and our best effort to provide a quality playing experience to all players.
